Learning Paths

Learning paths help individual users learn a topic through a structured sequence of lessons and challenges. Use them when you want a guided route through a skill instead of choosing challenges one by one.

Finding Learning Paths

Open Explore Learning Paths to browse community paths. You can filter paths by search text, difficulty, templates, languages, and learning status.

Community paths can be copied into your own account. Your copy is private and starts as a draft, so you can learn from it as-is or customize it later.

Working Through a Path

A learning path is made of lessons. Each lesson can include theory, questions, and challenges.

As you progress:

• Opening a lesson starts or resumes your progress.
• The lesson chat keeps your conversation separate from other users.
• Required challenges count toward path completion.
• Optional challenges provide extra practice without blocking completion.
• Completed challenges and lessons are tracked across the path.

When all required work is complete, DojoCode can show a completion summary for the path.

Creating Your Own Path

Open My Learning Paths and create a new draft. From the edit page, you can add lessons, write theory, attach challenges, mark challenges as required or optional, reorder lessons, and publish when ready.

Private published paths stay visible only to you. Community published paths appear on Explore Learning Paths so other users can copy them.

Career Coach

Individual users can also ask Career Coach Mentor mode to generate a learning path. The assistant asks for the number of lessons and challenges per lesson, then creates a path draft in the side panel. You can review the generated path, save it, and start learning from it.
