Reports
Reports turn everything your students did into one document you can share. Each report is a snapshot of a class, a contest, a learning path or a hackathon at a point in time. Open Organization in the top menu and choose Reports.
Generate a report
- Click New report.
- Give it a title, pick the kind of report, and choose what it covers: one or more classes, a contest, a learning path, or a hackathon.
- Click Generate. The report is built in the background, usually within seconds, and you get a notification when it is done.
The list shows every report of your workspace with its status: pending, generating, completed or failed.
Read, download, share
A completed report opens with the overview (students, activity, completions, average score and time spent), a comparison between the groups it covers, the completion timeline, skill coverage and per-student results.
A hackathon report shows the ranking instead — every submission with its average jury score, how many judges scored it, when it came in and its likes — plus the average-score distribution, judge coverage and submissions per day. Generated before judging ends, the ranking is marked provisional; regenerate after the finish for the final one. See Hackathon curation.
- CSV exports the per-student data for a spreadsheet.
- PDF gives you a document to share with parents or management.
Regenerate
Data keeps moving after a report is built. Regenerate refreshes the same report with the latest results; the title and scope stay as they were.
