Agent for Business

Business users have the Agent — an AI assistant that helps you curate content, manage learners, and run assessments. The Agent is available in Trainer and Recruiter modes. Business users do not see Mentor mode.

Individual users use Career Coach Mentor mode instead.

Trainer

Trainer mode is for business owners, instructors, and team leads managing learners. It can:

  • Review a student's skill progress and assignment progress.
  • Compare progress across a group, including skills, assignment analytics, and top performers.
  • Create a personalized learning path for a selected student and let the trainer save it.
  • Create draft assignments from learning paths or challenges for selected students or groups.
  • Suggest assessment contests for a topic, seniority level, or training goal.
  • Show contest analytics and leaderboards for trainer-owned contests.

Recruiter

Recruiter mode is for assessing and onboarding candidates. It uses the same underlying business data as Trainer mode, but the Agent frames workflows around candidates and hiring. It can:

  • Create a candidate-specific learning path for onboarding or skill development.
  • Create draft assignments from learning paths or challenges for selected candidates or groups.
  • Review candidate assignment progress and skill progress.
  • Compare candidate or cohort performance across groups.
  • Show assessment analytics, candidate performance summaries, and contest leaderboards.
  • Suggest contests for technical assessments.

Interactive panels

Agent responses can open interactive panels on the right side of the chat. Business users use these panels to complete actions that need structured input or review:

  • Student or candidate picker: choose the student, candidate, or group the next action applies to.
  • Learning path configuration: set how many lessons and challenges should be included before the assistant generates a path.
  • Generated learning path: review the lessons, theory, questions, and challenges before saving the path.
  • Assignment source picker: choose whether to assign a learning path or a challenge, then select the specific item and recipients.
  • Created assignment: review the draft assignment, open it, and publish it when ready.
  • Contest suggestions: review AI-generated contest ideas and create a contest from one of them.
  • Contest analytics and leaderboard: inspect assessment results, participant rankings, and performance summaries.
  • Progress views: review student or candidate skill progress, assignment completion, group progress, and training priorities.

The chat explains what the Agent is doing, while the panel is where you make selections, inspect generated artifacts, and confirm business actions such as saving a learning path or publishing an assignment.
