Solving them will help you to improve your knowledge and also to improve your real-life coding skills. In the end, you can compare your solution with that of other users or with the author's solution. Also in the solutions section, you can leave comments or appreciation of other solutions, so you can find answers to your questions or appreciate the work of other users.
